The courier partner is selected automatically to provide the best delivery experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be automatically applied whenever eligible.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to the fulfilment facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or failed deliveries may occur.

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue
